Dayli Health for iPhone

Healthy days add up.

Photograph your plate. Hit your protein. Move a little more. Dayli brings your food, goals, activity and a coach together, and turns every good day into a neighborhood of your own.

Free to download. English and Spanish.

Dayli Health's Today screen: 885 calories left of a 2,315 budget, protein 114 of 194 grams, water 42 of 97 ounces

Photo nutrition

Take the photo. We'll handle the numbers.

One picture of your plate becomes calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber, item by item, in seconds. Every line stays editable, because an estimate is an estimate.

Dayli's meal result: roasted salmon fillet, quinoa, roasted broccoli and sweet potato, and sliced almonds listed with calories and protein, 585 calories in total
  • Snap it or pick it

Take the photo in the app or choose one from your library. Two or three plates count as one meal.

  • Read the label

Point the camera at a Nutrition Facts panel and the numbers are read for you.

  • Say it in words

No photo? Describe the meal and get the same breakdown.

  • Save what you eat often

The breakfast you always have, the shake after every workout: save it once, log it in a tap. Drinks, shakes and supplements have their own place.

When the camera is unsure it asks you one quick question instead of guessing. Photo estimates can be wrong, sometimes badly, which is why every number stays yours to correct.

Your day

One picture of your day.

Calories against a budget that adapts to your goal. Protein, carbs, fat and fiber. Water. Weight. Steps, workouts and sleep from Apple Health. One screen, every morning.

  • Calorie budget

Built from your age, height, weight and activity, then moved to match your goal and the exercise you actually did.

  • Protein target

The number most people miss without noticing. Front and center, with a bar that fills as the day goes.

  • Water

A glass, a bottle, a large: one tap each. Reminders if you want them.

  • Weigh-ins and trend

A morning nudge, a seven-day average, and an honest read on the pace you are on.

  • Steps and workouts

Workouts from your watch show up with duration, energy and distance. A good session earns a celebration and a card for your story.

  • Sleep

In the morning, Dayli tells you how you slept and what a short night tends to do to hunger.

Apple Health, both ways.

Dayli reads your activity, workouts, weight and sleep from Apple Health, and writes back what you ate. That exchange happens on your iPhone.

Honest about risky goals.

Ask to lose too much too fast and Dayli says so, with safer ways to keep going. Your goal is broken into milestones a few weeks out, so you are always chasing something reachable.

Widgets and Apple Watch

Your day, without opening the app.

Calories left, protein, water and your coins live on the Home Screen, on the Lock Screen and on your wrist. They update the moment you log something, and a tap on any of them lands you on the right screen.

Dayli Health on Apple Watch: the Today screen with 885 kcal left and the protein bar
Dayli Health on Apple Watch: the Neighborhood screen with coins, home level and the current challenge
  • Today widget

The calorie ring, protein and water bars, steps, active energy and your coin balance. Small or medium, on any Home Screen page.

  • Water widget

A glass, a bottle or a large, logged with one tap from the Home Screen. The bar fills right there; the app writes the entry the next time it opens.

  • Lock Screen

A gauge with what is left, or a line with calories, protein and water. Check it without unlocking your phone.

  • Apple Watch

Today's ring, water in a tap with a little haptic, and your neighborhood: coins, home level and the challenge you are on. Complications put calories left on the watch face.

Widgets and the watch show numbers only. Nothing on them is sent anywhere; they read from the same copy of your day that lives on your iPhone. Apple Watch app requires watchOS 11 and an iPhone with Dayli Health installed.

Buddy

A buddy, not a spreadsheet.

Buddy is the coach inside Dayli. It notices what a chart will not: the protein you keep missing, days that pile up at dinner, a weight trend heading the wrong way, and says something useful about it.

  • A short note every day

Written on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence on the phones that support it. Nothing about your day is sent anywhere for it.

  • Ask it anything about your day

Why the budget moved, what a good dinner looks like tonight, how the week is going.

  • A coach, not a doctor

Buddy gives general wellness guidance and never a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor or a dietitian before big changes.

My Neighborhood

Healthy habits pay off.

Real workouts, logged days and morning weigh-ins earn coins. Coins build a home, a garden, animals and land. Take care of yourself and something grows.

Dayli's isometric neighborhood: a home, a garden with tomatoes and strawberries, trees and a path
  1. Day one.

A small home, a patch of dirt, and 500 coins to get started.

  2. A run this morning.

Apple Health saw it. The coins land the moment it does.

  3. Tomatoes in, a path laid.

Crops grow while you get on with your day. The market takes what you harvest.

  4. A full week logged.

Calories in range, protein hit, water done: the home levels up.

  5. New land.

Room for a pond, a coop, an orchard. Ten home levels deep, and it is all still yours.

Neighbors

Get healthier together.

You are placed on a street with up to nine neighbors. Visit their homes, see what they built, and challenge each other to real exercise: a run, a walk, workout minutes, with a clock. Both finish, both win coins.

  • Only Apple Health workouts count, so nobody can type their way to a win.
  • Your neighbors see your home and its name. Never your weight, never your meals.
  • Invite a friend to your street with a link.

Privacy

Your health stays yours.

Dayli is built so that as little as possible leaves your iPhone, and so that what does leave is the least it can be.

  • Stays on your iPhone

Your meals, photos, weigh-ins, profile, everything from Apple Health, and every note Buddy writes.

  • Leaves only when you ask

The one photo you scan goes through our server to the AI provider for an estimate and is not stored. We keep a counter per install so limits work, nothing else.

  • The neighborhood keeps game things

Your home, land, coins and items, under an anonymous account. No name, no email, and nothing about your health is ever shown to a neighbor.

  • Optional, off in one tap

Anonymous crash and usage statistics that never include your food, weight or photos.
